Customer Experience Startup Reciproci Bags awards for ‘Best Use of Mobile in a Loyalty Program’ at The Customer Fest Awards Show 2020

Reciproci is a customer experience SaaS platform specialized in digital transformation for Phygital businesses in retail and F&B business. The award was given as recognition for their Product “Reciproci – Experience Commerce Platform”. The 2.5 times increase in transaction frequency and increased customer engagement was something that impressed the jury a lot and separated Reciproci”s nomination against over 200 entries received.

The award category ‘Best Use of Mobile in a Loyalty Program’ by Customer Fest Awards is for industry player who has created an impact through a mobile app in loyalty business. A value-packed app that ring-fences customers through compelling value proposition to not only download a brand’s app but also actively engage eventually leading to increased purchase frequency.
